who is behind 3bagsfull.net? |
|
3BagsFull.net was started by Stephanie
Showalter in 2007. Initially offering her items through the Etsy
marketplace, creating a stand-alone website soon became the next logical
step.
Stephanie has been making and creating treasures over much of her last fourty years. Some of her fondest memories include sitting with her "Memee" learning how to knit and crochet or going to the local ceramics studio to design (yet another) wonderful gift for some family member to soon lovingly display. Combining the love of creating with the love of marketing and selling is a natural fit for Stephanie. It has always been a dream to open her own business and be her own boss. Now that the internet can be used as a selling platform for any business, big or small, starting 3BagsFull.net has gone from dream to reality. |

what is the blog about? |
|
3BagFull.net's blog is called "Yes,
Sir! Yes, Sir! - 3 Bags Full : Insights on opening and
sustaining a small craft business using the internet." Stephanie enjoys
teaching [read: telling] people about subjects she loves. The blog is a
venue for her to teach and guide others who are interested in starting an
internet business to sell their handmade goods.
With a business degree and too many positions in sales, marketing, product development, branding, and interior design to name, Stephanie uses these experiences and background to give readers useful strategies and ideas to make their business (AD)venture rewarding and, most importantly, profitable. |
